Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for new natural spice products from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
- Develop innovative and visually compelling packaging designs that effectively communicate the brand identity and product attributes.
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to understand consumer needs and market trends, incorporating feedback into product designs.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions and drive innovation.
- Create prototypes, mockups, and design specifications to communicate design concepts and facilitate product development.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of design solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
years of experience in product design, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
Strong conceptualization and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to effectively convey ideas and influence stakeholders.
